We are born with wisdom. Let’s tap into our wise places, to the warmth of our spirits and explore our 6 senses as we celebrate the New Year! Celebrations help us relax and this special Mother and Daughter 'Pot Luck' event invites you to bring a small, delish-dish to share in celebration of the newness of you in the new year. We will begin by exploring our six senses and learn how the senses help us to stay present in a world full of distractions. You will also begin a gratitude chalk board. (A small one for you to keep, to sketch daily thanks!)
