women workshops

Kim Soles and Katy Hawkins have joined to co-create a ritualistic space where participants open up to experience their soul's path. Guided through various life stages (this is not rebirthing!) through envisioning and imagination, this carefully designed 2.5-hour, intimate experiment features their combined backgrounds of teaching creative wellness, curiosity, and spirit (50-years!) Kim’s colorful and thoughtful approach to creativity along with Katy’s nourishing somatic practices offer a unique opportunity to explore YOU.

Courage is contagious. Every time we choose courage, we make everyone around us a little better and the world a little braver. - Brene Brown

Kim developed this workshop to offer a time to intuitively inspire and call upon inner courage. It's designed to experiment with color, sound, and words, to discover something old and new.

What is the workshop about? Creativity is at the forefront and invites using muscles which often lie dormant. The ones that require intuition, trust, and intimacy. It is experimental and asks us to step into the circle with the understanding we are allowing the opportunity to learn something new. Or, perhaps memory takes us to a place we have long forgotten.

Disclosure: I am an introvert. So, if the idea of a workshop frightens you —I can relate! Due to my introverted nature, I've designed the workshop to provide a peaceful environment which does not call upon sharing and interacting with others. And yet, the space may inspire you to do just that...if that's what is calling. It is not a therapy group, but may be therapeutic. The atmosphere is playful and opens an invitation to breathe out and tap into courage, imagination, and curiosity. ~ Kim

Kim's path of self-discovery, intuitive knowledge, perceptions of people and places, and the ability to read subtleties of character while honing in on the practical and entertaining the magical has been her instruction.

Esoteric studies of nature and exploration of the arts have been her guide. Single mothering a daughter taught her how to love deeply and embrace vulnerability. She has focused on the well-being of children by offering opportunities to explore nature and experience art for the past twenty-three years.

Kim opened up to nature, trees and plants (in particular) at the age of five. As she began photographing the world around her, she understood the connection to Mother Earth and feels its one of the most important aspects of 'being' alive.  She weaves the belief into all programming to help people find balance in a chaotic world.

Kim spent time investigating religion as a young girl on her own and made room for spirituality —the kind that called upon trust, openness, goodness, and dedication. She studied the realm of nature spirits and the work of Rudolf Steiner in connection to her photographic work.

Kim has carried out numerous creative projects and opened a wellness center in 2004, Mt. Airy Healing Arts Space (MAHAS) where she learned the true meaning of resourcefulness.  Her life lessons provided opportunities that surpassed textbooks. A desire for peace and a life of harmony and balance from the time she was very young allowed her to spend the last thirty years earning through intuitive means, dedication, raw passion, and doing. Now in her late fifties, she understand we are here to serve and believes we are in it together.
